★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade caiu muito nos últimos meses. Hj pedi haru steel e vieram todos amassados. Pedi pra trocar e quando chegaram os novos estavam com gosto de passados. Não volto mais nessa loja.
Quality has dropped a lot in the last few months. Hj I ordered haru steel and they all came dented. I asked to change and when they arrived the new ones were like pasts. I'm not going back to that store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes pedi o Koni Croc e veio frito por fora e gelado por dentro . E agora pedi um novamente o Koni e veio com o recheio com muito arroz e com o gosto totalmente diferente. Não volto mais !
Twice I ordered the Koni Croc and it came fried outside and cold inside. And now I ordered one again Koni and it came with the stuffing with a lot of rice and with totally different taste. I won't be back anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais!!! Fiz pedido pelo Uber Eats (delivery) hoje 02/06/2020 pela loja no Boulevard Rio Shopping (combo com 35 Rolls e só vieram 30 unidades), Yakissoba de carne onde a embalagem tinha menos da metade do alimento. Me senti lesada, perderam uma cliente!!
Never!!! I placed an order for Uber Eats (delivery) today 02/06/2020 through the store on Boulevard Rio Shopping (combo with 35 Rolls and only 30 units came), meat Yakissoba where the package had less than half of the food. I felt injured, they lost a client !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agora que fui ler as avaliações e o dono dessa franquia realmente prefere não melhorar, não deve precisar daqui...o atendimento é péssimo mesmo, estou aqui aguardando 2 Konis "croc" com medo de cuspirem nele. Fiquei aguardando pra ser atendida, enquanto 3 funcionários lá dentro, uma sentada num balcão de dentro, outra ao lado dessa escrevendo e outro sentado comendo batata Mc Donald's, esse que se levantou e tomou um susto com cliente no balcão, pois o mesmo estava abandonado, perguntei se estavam atendendo, pq realmente pela forma achei que estivessem fechados, embora o shopping estava aberto. Fizeram perguntas entre eles se estavam atendendo, ainda foram irônicos sem nemhum pedido de desculpas. Que atendimento é esse? Tristeza! Tanta gente educada querendo emprego e a gente se sentindo um incômodo.
Deveriam mudar é dono que não enxerga isso.

I was waiting to be served, while 3 employees inside, one sitting on an inside counter, another next to this writing and another sitting eating Mc Donald's potatoes, the one who got up and got scared with a customer at the counter, because it was abandoned I asked if they were answering, because I really thought they were closed, even though the mall was open. They asked questions among themselves if they were answering, yet they were ironic without an apology. What service is this? Sadness! So many educated people looking for jobs and people feeling uncomfortable.
They should change is an owner who does not see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comi no Koni pois é exatamente a quantidade que gosto e sempre tem promoção, sempre fiquei satisfeita, porém minhas últimas visitas foram péssimas, a comida mal feita, com uma apresentação ruim, sempre falta alguma coisa, principalmente opções com camarão e agora passou a faltar algumas bebidas também. Espero que melhorem!
I always ate at Koni because it is exactly the quantity I like and always has promotion, I was always satisfied, but my last visits were terrible, the food was poorly made, with a bad presentation, something is always missing, especially options with shrimp and now it's missing some drinks too. I hope they get better!
