★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderiam colocar uma caixa mais simpática, ao menos que trabalhasse com boa vontade. Pedi uma água mineral de garrafa e, nem sequer o copo ela ofereceu.
They could put on a nicer box, unless they worked willingly. I asked for a bottle of mineral water and she didn't even offer the glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso que falta um pouco de cortesia, e profissionalismo em sanar algumas dúvidas dos clientes, ou alterações as quais os clientes não estão atualizados.... Enfim tive uma esperiexper ruim, onde fiz a simples pergunta se poderia ser com manteiga, e o funcionário me respondeu de forma áspera com um tom de deboche, "manteiga só no Canada" nossa para que isso!? A resposta poderia ser apenas "não, Sra desponibilizamos apenas de azeite". Nossa fiquei constrangida, e desmotivada a voltar... Bom deixo aqui relatado para que possam advertir esse tipo de tratamento aos clientes. O ocorrido foi na presente data (10/03/2019 - 18:00).
I think it lacks a bit of courtesy, and professionalism in remedying some customer doubts, or changes to which customers are not updated .... Anyway I had a bad wait, where I asked the simple question if it could be with butter, and the employee answered me roughly with a tone of debauchery, "butter in Canada only" of ours for that !? The answer could be just, "No, we only get olive oil." Ours was embarrassed, and unmotivated to return ... Well I leave here reported so that they can warn this type of treatment to the clients. The occurrence was on this date (10/03/2019 - 18:00).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria saber como uma franquia permite esse atendimento horrível nessa unidade , conversas paralelas na frente do cliente , domingo e o caixa sem troco , comida esfriando e elas discutindo posição dos talheres , e sem contar que em todas as franquias o cliente escolhe 8 ingredientes , aqui são apenas 6 e pelo mesmo valor das demais , que atendimento ruim , e eh dentro do shopping , lamentável ....
I wanted to know how a franchise allows this horrible service in this unit, side conversations in front of the customer, Sunday and the cashier without change, food getting cold and they discussing the cutlery position, and not to mention that in all franchises the customer chooses 8 ingredients, here there are only 6 and for the same price as the others, which are poor service, and inside the mall, unfortunate ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to enjoy having some pasta there. The "Almôndegas do Chef" option is actually good value for money. The lasagne though was everything but fresh. Something was seriously wrong with the "ham" (whatever that was). Got my money back and went somewhere else.
