★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A natação é excelente. Piscina tem boa temperatura, água limpa e ótimos professores. Recomendo fazer natação lá com toda certeza.
 Swimming is excellent. Swimming pool has good temperature, clean water and great teachers. I recommend swimming there for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é muito boa, não tem o que reclamar. Professores muito atenciosos, não tem do que reclamar também. Mas... Deixo aqui uma falha minha e recomendo que quem for entrar não cometa o mesmo que eu para não ter surpresas desagradaveis, e LEIA O CONTRATO DE PRESTAÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS. Pontos negativos para mim descobertos infelizmente após mais um tempo de uso. A piscina nem sempre esta aquecida, segundo informações de professores, com o frio que tem feito no RJ o aquecimento não surte efeito na piscina que fica em um local coberto e fechado. (tá bom rs.). Outra questão e que me deixou muito chateado que me foi informado hoje, eles mudam o horário de funcionamento da piscina, acabando assim com o último horário. Tudo bem, no direito deles. Mas será que é por poucos usuários nesse horário? Se sim por que o usuário tem que dividir uma raia com 3 pessoas e as vezes até 4 pessoas? Se tem que dividir piscina e horários com aulas de crianças e ainda não tem para todo mundo, por que reduzir o horario? Ok. Mas por que vende mais matrícula do pode atender já que não tem mais horário? Questões que me levam a dúvida já que eles vendem um serviço "amarrado" com o cartão de credito e vou ter que esperar finalizar o último mês debitado no cartão de crédito. Enfim galera, são pontos que quem for se matricular observe bem para não ter surpresas desagradáveis e inesperadas. Eu fiz uma avaliação anterior e me arrependi depois de hoje. Não costumo avaliar muito cedo os lugares, mas fiquei encantado com a "recepção e estrutura" e me preciptei. Enfim eu acredito que a administração deveria rever a organização de horários e matrículas.
The structure is very good, nothing to complain about. Very attentive teachers, nothing to complain about either. But... I leave here a fault of mine and I recommend that whoever enters does not commit the same as me so as not to have unpleasant surprises, and READ THE SERVICES AGREEMENT. Negative points for me unfortunately discovered after a while of use. The pool is not always heated, according to information from teachers, with the cold that has been in RJ, the heating has no effect in the pool, which is in a covered and closed place. (okay lol). Another issue that made me very upset that I was informed today, they change the opening hours of the pool, thus ending the last time. All right, in their rights. But is it for few users at this time? If yes, why does the user have to share a lane with 3 people and sometimes even 4 people? If you have to share swimming pool and schedules with children's classes and still don't have it for everyone, why reduce the schedule? OK. But why do you sell more registration than you can handle since you don't have any more hours? Questions that lead me to doubt since they sell a service "tied" with the credit card and I will have to wait to finish the last month charged on the credit card. Anyway folks, these are points that those who are going to enroll should pay close attention so they don't have unpleasant and unexpected surprises. I did a previous review and regretted it after today. I don't usually evaluate places too early, but I was delighted with the "reception and structure" and I jumped right in. Finally, I believe that the administration should review the organization of timetables and enrollment.
