★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente de vocês a muito tempo e sempre ganho presentes dessa loja em datas comemorativas dos meus filhos porém todas as vezes que vou fazer troca, é com má vontade, cara feia, sou mal atendido demais e sempre tenho que pagar diferença de preços pois nunca tem do meu número no tamanho da que eu ganho. Uma falta de respeito das atendentes, poderiam rever as políticas da loja. Infelizmente, não recomendo mais pra ninguém. Diferente de vocês, recomendo a Indus onde sou muito bem tratado.
I have been a client of yours for a long time and I always get gifts from this store on my children's holidays, but every time I go to exchange, it is with bad will, ugly face, I am poorly attended and I always have to pay price differences because I never have my number in the size of the one I earn. A lack of respect from the attendants, could review the store's policies. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone else. Unlike you, I recommend Indus where I am treated very well.
