Capuccino veio frio, pedi água com gás, veio água sem gás. Primeira vez que me decepciono com uma loja kopenhagen. Os produtos são ótimos, a localização boa, mas precisa treinar melhor as funcionárias.
I really like Kopenhagen, but this store was just a disappointment. Disorganized store, dirty tables and poor service. Employees talking and taking p to answer. Cappuccino came cold, I asked for sparkling water, it came still water. First time I am disappointed with a kopenhagen store. The products are great, the location is good, but you need to train the employees better.

Eles também vendem café em grãos (que ainda não comprei pra provar em casa). É um bom lugar pra comprar presentes de chocolate obviamente. Tem poucas mesas, é pequeno. Más como é pertinho da saída do edifio garagem, vale dar um paradinha antes de pegar o carro.
I didn't really like cappuccino, but my daughter loved the hot chocolate. The good thing about the store is the chocolates, obviously. They also sell coffee beans (which I haven't bought to taste at home yet). It's a good place to buy chocolate gifts obviously. It has few tables, it's small. But as it's close to the exit of the garage building, it's worth taking a break before getting in the car.

A very tasty hot chocolate. Very good coffee. Chocolate being the strong point. Really delicious. Very good service. The value is exaggerated, 20 reais became the most expensive Cappuccino in the mall. There are no savory options.
