Primeiro, tive um problema com um teclado do meu notebook antigo e cobraram 300 reais, quando fui pesquisar no google soluções sem ter que pagar esses 300, uma delas era tirar e recolocar o teclado, dito e feito, o notebook funcionou...
Minha segunda experiência com a Notebook city foi com meu 'novo' notebook, entrou um virus nele que travou o sistema e acabou com meu processador nao sei como, levei la e eles disseram que tinha que trocar a placa mãe, mas novamente pelo preço altíssimo não paguei, mas quando fui abrir meu notebook para tentar vender as peças haviam 'pegou' uma das minhas 2 memórias RAM de 4GB... Simplesmente absurdo. Por coincidencia, quando voce entrega o seu notebook, voce escreve as especificações dele e ambas as partes(cliente e empresa) assinam um papel, mas por não duvidar da empresa Notebook City, não coloquei nada na descrição de meu notebook, assim como ja havia feito antes, ou seja... não tinha como eu provar que havia sido roubado... Simplesmente decepcionante uma ocasião dessas. Não recomendo mesmo.

First, I had a problem with a keyboard of my old notebook and charged 300 reais, when I went to search google solutions without having to pay these 300, one of them was to take and replace the keyboard, said and done, the notebook worked ...
My second experience with Notebook City was with my 'new' notebook, a virus came in it that crashed the system and finished my processor I do not know how, I took it and they said I had to change the motherboard, but again for the price I did not pay, but when I went to open my notebook to try to sell the pieces they had 'got' one of my 2 4GB RAM ... Simply absurd. By coincidence, when you deliver your notebook, you write its specifications and both parties (customer and company) sign a paper, but for not doubting the company Notebook City, I did not put anything in the description of my notebook, as there was already done before, that is ... there was no way I could prove that it had been stolen ... Simply disappointing on such an occasion. I do not recommend it at all.
