The large store closed and with the renovation existw a rooftop kiosk near the boarding. I recommend the hot chocolate and the espresso.

Atendimento sem o mínimo de bom senso.
I am a customer of the Salvador airport store and I arrived at 21:45 and was informed that there would not be another express. The machine still turned on and they gave the excuse that they had already turned off. It will be the last time I feequento this store.
Service without the least common sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um cappuccino, como fiz umas outras 50 vezes em outras Kopenhagen no Brasil. Para minha surpresa, me perguntaram se era com chocolate (O que?... pensei eu... pra quem conhece, sabe que é puro chocolate). E para completar, veio numa xícara menor, de café expresso! Achei que a idéia da franquia era ser tudo padrão... decepção!
I ordered a cappuccino, as I did 50 other times in other Kopenhagen in Brazil. To my surprise, I was asked if it was with chocolate (What? ... I thought ... for those who know it, you know it is pure chocolate). And to top it off, it came in a smaller cup of espresso! I thought the idea of the franchise was to be all standard ... disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei frustada após a compra de um capuccino é um expresso, ambos pequenos, e não tinha nenhum acompanhamento e nem adoçante sucralose, e tbm não fomos informados deste problema no momento da compra. Não acredito que este seja a qualidade de atendimento e serviço dessa rede tão renomada e conhecida em todo território nacional. Realmente pela primeira vez me arrependi de estar aqui nesta loja.
