Se for possível não viagem pela Latam, tá se tornando uma das piores Cia. Aérea.
The App does not solve the problem, you call 0300 paying for the call and even then, the attendant does not solve it.
If it's possible not to travel through Latam, it's becoming one of the worst Cia. aerial.
