★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal atendida pelo telefone, 5 horas esperando uma resposta de um compra que faria para depois deste tempo dizerem que não poderiam realizar a compra.. Fiquei sem poder dar o presente sendo que já estava confirmado .
I was super poorly attended by the phone, waiting 5 hours for a response from a purchase I would make and after this time they say they couldn't make the purchase.. I was unable to give the gift as it was already confirmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que no dia que fomos, um atendente de cabelos castanhos claros foi bem grosso, tanto no caixa como na mesa. Trouxe a bandeja perguntando chocotino, respondemos que sim, ele virou e saiu andando sem falar nada.
Too bad that the day we went, a light brown haired attendant was very rude, both at the cashier and at the table. He brought the tray asking for chocotino, we said yes, he turned and walked away without saying anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classifique com 1 estrela, pois não tem 0. Atendimento péssimo, fui totalmente desrespeitada e constrangida. Tratam os clientes conforme vestimenta e etc. Não volto mais, nem pra comprar uma trufa. Meu dinheiro é exatamente igual ao de todos os outros que adentram a loja.
Rate it with 1 star, because it doesn't have 0. Terrible service, I was totally disrespected and embarrassed. They treat customers according to clothing and so on. I won't be back, not even to buy a truffle. My money is exactly the same as everyone else's who enter the store.
