Coisas básicas dos produtos os atendentes não sabem responder (como a numeração do capacete). Se limitam a responder "o que tem é o que está exposto", numa clara falta de interesse.
Por 2x quase perderam a venda porque me disseram que não tinha uma numeração de capacete, sendo que eu procurando, achei.
The product catalog is good and prices are fair, but they need to improve their service.
Basic things about the products, the attendants don't know how to answer (like the numbering of the helmet). They limit themselves to answering "what has is what is exposed", in a clear lack of interest.
For 2x they almost lost the sale because they told me it didn't have a helmet number, and I was looking for it, I found it.
