★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi um bom lugar, o atendimento não é igual para todos, principalmente vindo do proprietário, que agora obriga que na revisão as peças sejam compradas na própria loja. Se as peças fossem boas tudo bem, mas obrigar a comprar rolamento ruim, pastilhas de freios que acabam com o disco de freio, realmente não dá.
 It was once a good place, the service is not the same for everyone, especially coming from the owner, who now requires that in the review the pieces are purchased at the store itself. If the parts were good all right, but forcing you to buy a bad bearing, brake pads that end up with the brake disc, it really doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Liguei p saber se tinha o kit de transmissão de uma Biz 100 2013, o atendente disse q SIM! Fui até lá e quando o mecânico foi colocar, ñ estava dando pq o kit era de uma Biz 100 2009. Na verdade não tinha . Perdi mais de uma hora no local ñ resolvi o problema da troca do kit pelo despreparo do atendente . Não volto mais nesse loca, Perderam um cliente q era EU! Não recomendol!!!!
Terrible attendance! I called to see if I had the transmission kit for a Biz 100 2013, the attendant said yes! I went there and when the mechanic went to put it on, I wasn't giving it because the kit was from a Biz 100 2009. Actually, it wasn't. I lost more than an hour on the spot - I solved the problem of changing the kit due to the attendant's unpreparedness. I'm not going back to that place anymore, they lost a customer who was ME! Do not recomendol !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento horrível. me olharam como se eu fosse mendigo. comprei um aro e raios da biz e me venderam os raios errados (pra titan), não fui trocar porque só fui ver o erro na hora que o mecânico tava instalando na moto já(sendo que na compra fui claro que queria pra biz). na segunda vez fui ver se ajustavam minha corrente que tava folgada, nem sequer olharam na minha cara (sendo que eu ia pagar por isso), o cara do balcão me falou que estavam muito ocupados sem nem tirar o olho do celular.
horrible service. they looked at me as if I were a beggar. I bought a rim and spokes from the biz and they sold me the wrong spokes (for titan), I didn't change them because I only saw the error when the mechanic was already installing it on the bike (since the purchase I clearly wanted it for biz). the second time I went to see if they would adjust my chain, which was loose, they didn't even look at me (and I was going to pay for it), the guy at the counter told me they were very busy without even taking his eye off his cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, indiquei a oficina para a minha esposa, ela levou a neo dela para fazer revisão, trocaram a lona do freio traseiro e ficou travando o pneu, alguns dias depois ela levou para arrumar isso, e quando pegou a moto estava com um risco na lateral, não estou afirmando que aconteceu na oficina, mas ficaram de ver as câmeras para saber se foi lá, mas até agora nada de respostas, nunca mais vou lá.
Bad service, I indicated the workshop to my wife, she took her neo for an overhaul, the rear brake lining was changed and the tire was locked, a few days later she took it to fix it, and when she took the bike there was a risk on the side, I'm not saying that it happened at the workshop, but they had to look at the cameras to find out if it was there, but so far no answers, I'm never going there again.

Quinta feira as 17 horas fui la conserta minha moto ninguem veio ate mim tinha quebrado a corrente. Eles me falaram que nao fazia consertos eu fiquei muito triste ? pq sabia se alguem dali tivesse um pouco de senso de humor me ajudaria.entao tivee q ir embora empurrando a moto do HANGAR ATE ICOARACI COM A MOTO QUEBRADA .OLHA MAS SE ELES ME ATENDESSEM EU VOLTARIA LA E FARIA UMA GRANDE COMPRA .DEUS E MISERICORDIOSO COM ESSES TIPOS DE PESSOS .MAS NAO E ATOA QUEBA LOJA DELES TAVA TOTALMENTE VAZIA SEM NINGUEM E POR ISSO Q TA ASSIM POR CAUSA DO JEITO DELES ATENDEREM .MAS DEUS E MAIS VEIO UM AMIGO E ME AJUDOU NO CAMINHO SE ELES MUDAREM VAI MELHORAR MAS SE CONTINUAR ASSIM SINTO MUITO A TENDENCIA E PIORAR

Thursday at 17:00 I went to fix my bike no one came to me had broken the chain. They told me that they didn't do repairs and I was very sad ? because I knew if anyone there had a little sense of humor they would help me. Then I had to leave pushing the motorcycle from the HANGAR TO ICOARACI WITH THE BROKEN MOTORCYCLE. I WOULD GO BACK AND MAKE A BIG PURCHASE .GOD IS MERCY WITH THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE. BUT IT IS NOT JUST THAT THEIR STORE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY WITHOUT ANYONE AND THAT'S WHY IT'S LIKE THIS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ATTEND .BUT GOD AND ANOTHER FRIEND CAME AND HE HELPED ME ON THE WAY IF THEY CHANGE IT WILL IMPROVE BUT IF IT CONTINUE LIKE THIS I'M VERY SORRY FOR THE TREND AND WORSE
