I shop at the krakelê whenever I need something for my cousins and nephews (even fantasy) and have always been well attended to by both store staff and shop owners. Have product for all prices! I recommend!

Meu nome é Marly, sou cliente bastante antiga da loja, moradora do bairro há mais de 35 anos e estou aqui para fazer uma reclamação sobre a qualidade e o atendimento da Krakele.
Nunca tive problemas com nenhuma compra feita na loja, foi a primeira vez. Comprei algumas calças de moletom para o meu neto e no seu primeiro uso em uma festa de aniversário uma das calças ficou detonada, com mais de 4 buracos, o que comprova a péssima qualidade do tecido.
Fui até a loja mostrar o que havia acontecido e o proprietário nem se deu ao trabalho de vir falar comigo, apenas falou que nada poderia fazer. Eu esperava um tratamento mais atencioso pois se trata de uma cliente que sempre comprou pros seus filhos e agora compra pros seus netos.
Infelizmente a loja perdeu uma cliente fiel, desde a época Nove Luas. Deixarei de comprar na loja e deixarei de indicá-la para minhas amigas.
Roupas de baixa qualidade e péssimo atendimento pós compra. Decepcionante!

My name is Marly, I am a very old customer of the store, living in the neighborhood for over 35 years and I am here to make a complaint about the quality and service of Krakele.
I never had any problems with any purchase made in the store, it was the first time. I bought some sweat pants for my grandson and on their first use at a birthday party one of the pants was detonated, with more than 4 holes, which proves the terrible quality of the fabric.
I went to the store to show what had happened and the owner didn't even bother to talk to me, he just said he couldn't do anything. I expected a more attentive treatment because it is a customer who always bought for her children and now buys for her grandchildren.
Unfortunately the store has lost a loyal customer since the time of Nine Moons. I will stop buying at the store and stop referring it to my friends.
Low quality clothes and poor post-purchase service. Disappointing!
