★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entramos em contato com a Kristal Mob, sabendo de todo o conhecimento e habilidades em móveis planejados. O Cesar veio até a minha residencia, entendeu as nossas necessidades, fez todas as medições para o inicio do projeto. Após a primeira reunião, fizemos alguns acertos e modificações, fechamos o projeto. O prazo médio para entrega era de 60 dias, e para a nossa surpresa, entregaram muito antes deste prazo!
Após a entrega, o time de montagem iniciou o trabalho e tudo ficou perfeito. A cada 2 dias de montagem, o Cesar veio até a minha casa fazer a conferência, explicar o andamento da montagem, fazer reuniões com os montadores. Confesso que isso faz muita diferença! Isso sim é eficiência em pós-vendas.
Após o termino da montagem, o Cesar voltou e fez a revisão inteira do projeto, olhando detalhes, analisando o trabalho dos montadores e também ouvindo o nosso feedback com relação ao trabalho.
Podemos dizer que estamos muito felizes com projeto, bem como a excelencia na condução do inicio ao fim deste trabalho.
We contacted Kristal Mob, knowing all the knowledge and skills in planned furniture. Cesar came to my residence, understood our needs, made all the measurements for the start of the project. After the first meeting, we made some adjustments and modifications, we closed the project. The average delivery time was 60 days, and to our surprise, they delivered well before this time!
After delivery, the assembly team started work and everything was perfect. Every 2 days of assembly, Cesar came to my house to do the conference, explain the progress of the assembly, hold meetings with the assemblers. I confess that it makes a lot of difference! That is after-sales efficiency.
After finishing the assembly, Cesar came back and did the entire review of the project, looking at details, analyzing the work of the assemblers and also listening to our feedback regarding the work.
We can say that we are very happy with the project, as well as the excellence in conducting from the beginning to the end of this work.
