★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui passar a semana santa em guarapari e fui abordada com minha família pela uma senhora que me levou no edifício Diogo Andrade, pelo preço ate fiquei no inicio muito bem tratada , depois veio a luta com um porteiro chamado antônio super mal educado portão do prédio com defeito , faltando pratos e talher e copos no apartamento , meu filho queria subir este porteiro antônio nem deixou subir , nem recomendo esta imobiliária, pesquisa bem gente antes de alugar alguma coisa nesta cidade
