★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez hospedada no mesmo apartamento. E desta vez foi DECEPCIONANTE!!! Faltou utensílios de cozinha. Armários de roupa quebrados. Lâmpadas queimadas. Paredes IMUNDAS. Camas velhas com os colchões danificados. Fiquei toda a hospedagem com uma dor lombar indescritível. Nas duas últimas noites, resolvi dormir no chão e foi mais confortável.Tomadas elétricas sem funcionar. LAMENTÁVEL!!! Total falta de manutenção no imóvel. Eu paguei antecipado e corretamente e a contra partida deixou a DESEJAR e muito!!! Uma tristeza !!! Não gostei mesmo!!! A localização do imóvel é boa. Mas o apartamento precisa e urgentemente de MANUTENÇÃO.
It is the second time staying in the same apartment. And this time it was DISAPPOINTING!!! There was a lack of kitchen utensils. Broken clothes closets. Burnt lamps. FILTHY walls. Old beds with damaged mattresses. I had an indescribable back pain throughout the entire accommodation. For the last two nights, I decided to sleep on the floor and it was more comfortable. Electrical outlets not working. UNFORTUNATE!!! Total lack of maintenance on the property. I paid in advance and correctly and the counter-departure left a lot to WISH!!! A sadness!!! I really didn't like it!!! The location of the property is good. But the apartment urgently needs MAINTENANCE.

The properties I've stayed at are good, but if you need any maintenance service, it's better to give up because they take a long time to resolve.
