★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de uma troca da dobradiça do armário fui informado que a visita era 420 porém descontaria o valor do matérial o técnico veio disse que ficaria em 420 pois a ferragem era 250 então estava dentro dos 420 depois quando liguei o serviço já era 670 os 420 mais os 250 das peças, falei com a atendente que a primeira informação era que descontaria a taxa do orçamento das peças porém a atendente muito mal educada desligou o tel na minha cara.
Já fiz um projeto de armários para o meu quarto e fiz tb toda a minha cozinha mas depois dessa encerrei ,o pos venda é fraco!
I needed a change of the cabinet hinge I was informed that the visit was 420 but I would discount the value of the material the technician came said he would stay in 420 because the hardware was 250 then it was inside the 420 then when I called the service it was already 670 the 420 more the 250 of the pieces, I spoke with the attendant that the first information was that I would deduct the fee from the parts budget but the very rude attendant hung up on me.
I already did a project of cabinets for my room and I did all my kitchen but after that I closed, the after sale is weak!
