★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento para vendas é ótimo na hora da compra, prometem mundos e fundos, mas na hora de entregar o produto completo não entregam. Comprei meu móvel com eles e a vendedora Ana Paula do Casashopping disse que vinha um led junto com minha estante, porém ia ter que pedir para a fábrica, pois o que tinha na loja estava queimado. A fábrica entrou em recesso de final de ano e agora no início de janeiro, fui informada que a vendedora se equivocou e que minha estante não tinha nenhum led. É uma dor de cabeça sem tamanho essa loja. Não comprem nada lá se não quiserem ter dor de cabeça. Demoraram 2 meses para emitir a Nota Fiscal, isso porque eu tive que praticamente implorar pra me enviarem a nota fiscal. Desorganizados, cada um fala uma coisa, muito descaso com o cliente.
