Com muitas dores de cabeça, tendo que chamá-los umas 5 vezes para concertar os móveis que visivelmente tentaram "esconder" erros que ao ir limpar os móveis pude ver. Sem contar a falta de comunicação, não marcam um horário, é horário comercial apenas, então você tem que passar o dia no local. O apartamento estava novo e completamente vazio, mas conseguiram tirar lascas de parede que nem iria móveis, como já falei, tentaram "esconder" erros que pareciam ser cometidos por pessoas leigas. Meu maior erro foi não ter ido a justiça, por justamente tentar ser uma pessoa legal e mais tranquila, para que tudo desse certo e não ter problemas graves no futuro. Hoje estou com móveis que eu não sei nem se vão durar o que deveriam e completamente inseguro com a sustentação deles nas paredes.
Almost 1 year to finish a flat. With many headaches, having to call them about 5 times to fix the furniture that visibly tried to "hide" mistakes that I could see when I went to clean the furniture. Not to mention the lack of communication, they don't make an appointment, it's business hours only, so you have to spend the day there. The apartment was new and completely empty, but they managed to remove chips from the wall that wouldn't even go mobile, as I said, they tried to "hide" mistakes that seemed to be made by lay people. My biggest mistake was not going to court, just trying to be a nicer and calmer person, so that everything worked out and not have serious problems in the future. Today I have furniture that I don't even know if it will last as long as it should, and I'm completely insecure with their support on the walls.
