★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente essa experiência foi péssima. Éramos clientes assíduos do restaurante das duas unidades. Na unidade Moema o atendimento foi horrível, chegamos às 20:00 e até o encerramento da cozinha nos serviram apenas 3 temakis do rodízio, levantamos e fomos perguntar se realmente ia se encerrar a cozinha como nos informaram na mesa e me pediram para "relaxar" que a cozinha ia atender todos que estavam na casa. Após mais uns 20 minutos foram a nossa mesa tiraram novamente o pedido de outra rodada e nos trouxeram tudo errado, refizeram o pedido e informaram que a cozinha já havia fechado! Kkkk enfim, não dá pra escrever tudo que aconteceu, total falta de despreparo da equipe, não souberam administrar a situação, ficaram atrás do balcão cochichando e nós só queríamos resposta, pois nós como clientes , sabíamos que era um dia atípico , e se houvesse sinceridade por parte deles íamos entender completamente.
NUNCA MAIS VOU VOLTAR, dinheiro mais mal gasto da vida .
 Unfortunately this experience was a bad one. We were regular customers of the restaurant at both units. At the Moema unit the service was horrible, we arrived at 20:00 and until the kitchen closed we were served only 3 temakis from the rodizio, we got up and went to ask if the kitchen was really going to close as we were told at the table and they asked me to "relax" that the kitchen would serve everyone in the house. After another 20 minutes, they went to our table, took the order for another round and brought us everything wrong, redid the order and informed that the kitchen had already closed! Lol anyway, you can't write everything that happened, the team's total lack of preparation, they didn't know how to manage the situation, they stayed behind the counter whispering and we just wanted an answer, because we as customers, we knew it was an atypical day, and if there was sincerity on their part we would understand completely.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK, worst spent money in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos EU meu esposo e meus 3 filhos, logo ao adentrar uma moça bem rispida nos atendeu até ai ok, sentamos o banco estava todo Sujo, passei a mão pra os meus filhos sentarem, liguei antes de ir e informaram que o rodizio era 69,90 por pessoa e criança pagava meia otimo, ao chegar no lugar não servem rodizio de comida japonesa e sim de temaki, voce pode pedir varios, porem o temaki é o menor que já vi em todo esse tempo, se tem 50 gr é muito, eles trazem na mesa o shoyo e o tare, o shoyo veio na molheira já o Tarê vem num frasco que eu conheço pra fazer curativo, esse frasco estava gordurento, sujo,não sabia que nao serviam rodizio como em todos os outros locais, se soubesse nao tinhamos ido, tem sunomono, tem guiza no cardapio mais segundo o gerente, temos q pedir pois nao vem, só se pedirmos, os temakis, eles fazem por rodada, vc pode pedir 3 em cada rodada, de verdade se querem focar em temakeria, devem deixar bem claro isso aos clientes, dei duas estrelas, pois foi servido um prato com sashimi e niguiri, com azeite trufado e raspas de limão siciliano que esta divino, mais só isso... e ao pedir repetição do prato eles diminuem e trazem menos, pedimos novamente e nao veio, nos enrolaram e nao serviram, saimos e pagamos no total em torno de 300,00 reais, DECEPCIONADA, não tem opções de suco natural mais normais, somente de manga com limao, meus filhos nao bebem, entao foram obrigados a tomar refrigerante Enfim, nao sou de posicionar nenhum estabelecimento negativo, mais este realmente precisam rever o que querem como restaurante temakeria, enfim se definir... Não me agradou NADA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por algo que nunca imaginei na minha vida, cheguei ao local e mesmo com mesas vazias fui obrigado a sentar onde os funcionários queriam que eu sentasse não tendo a liberdade de escolher uma mesa pelo simples fato de estar em 2 pessoas, ao questionar fui informado que poderia sentar na mesa que quisesse porém caso chegassem mais pessoas eu seria obrigado a me retirar para essas pessoas sentar, falta de respeito e na hora de conversar com os funcionários os mesmo jogam na cara dizendo que não faltaram com respeito e que ter que nos retirar da mesa para outros sentar é procedimento normal.
Falta de vergonha e respeito com os clientes, estabelecimento praticamente vazio e o cliente não pode escolher nem onde irá sentar e o pior tentaram nós convencer de que isso é normal, você ir num restaurante e não poder escolher onde irá jantar.
