★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi delivery duas vezes com instruções especiais, pedindo para retirar um ingrediente que sou alérgica e nas duas vezes ignoraram isso. Não consegui comer e não conseguir entrar em contato com o restaurante nas duas vezes.
Um absurdo, falta de atenção total com o cliente, ainda bem que eu percebi antes de comer, pois poderia ter sido hospitalizada.
 I ordered delivery twice with special instructions, asking to remove an ingredient that I am allergic to and both times ignored it. I was unable to eat and was unable to contact the restaurant both times.
An absurd, lack of total attention to the customer, thankfully I realized before eating, as I could have been hospitalized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, o pedido chegou todo virado, desmontado e ainda liguei para reclamar e o restaurante disse que não podia fazer nada... Não indico para ninguém. Foi a primeira vez que pedi e última. Além de ser uma comida cara e receber assim, bem chateado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro do lado e nunca tinha pedido, preço ótimo, comida boa pra caramba, pedido pronto em 7 minutos, fui super bem tratado, me deram até uma cadeira pra esperar sentado, me deram 20% de desconto e ainda ganhei brinde, virei fã. Perfeição.
I live next door and had never asked, great price, good food as hell, order ready in 7 minutes, I was very well treated, they even gave me a chair to wait sitting, they gave me 20% discount and I still got a free gift, I became a fan. Perfection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo Uber Eats, mas infelizmente a plataforma não se responsabiliza por nada. O restaurante atrasou três vezes a entrega, isso com o pedido pronto esperando entregador. Quando ele saiu, fez outra entrega no caminho. Minha comida chegou 40 minutos depois da estimativa inicial. Era peixe cru e chegou MORNO porque a noite estava bem quente. Estava intragável. Maior descaso, não peço nunca mais.
I asked for Uber Eats, but unfortunately the platform is not responsible for anything. The restaurant delayed delivery three times, this with the order ready waiting for delivery boy. When he left, he made another delivery on the way. My food arrived 40 minutes after the initial estimate. It was raw fish and came WARM because the night was very hot. It was inedible. Fiz o pedido há poucos minutos, pelo Uber Eats e pedi o hot roll de salmão e lula a dore, infelizmente os dois produtos estavam horríveis, não consegui comer e tive que jogar fora. O hot roll não estava totalmente frito, muito cream cheese tomando conta dos rolls e a lula estava impossível de comer com tanta gordura e gosto amargo, além de aspecto chicletoso.
Estava me programando para comer há muito tempo, e infelizmente joguei 50 reais no lixo.
Há restaurantes melhores na região e pelo mesmo preço.
I thought I would be surprised by the restaurant, the proposal is good. I ordered a few minutes ago, through Uber Eats and ordered the hot roll of salmon and squid a dore, unfortunately both products were horrible, I couldn't eat and I had to throw them away. The hot roll was not fully fried, a lot of cream cheese taking care of the rolls and the squid was impossible to eat with so much fat and bitter taste, as well as chewing gum.
I had been programming to eat for a long time, and unfortunately I threw 50 reais in the trash.
There are better restaurants in the region and for the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo o carpaccio de salmão com cebola roxa, cebolinha e o molho cítrico. Foi feito pra mim, viciada em peixe cru, mas as vezes querendo outro sabor mais refrescante.
I love the salmon carpaccio with red onion, chives and the citrus sauce. It was made for me, addicted to raw fish, but sometimes wanting another more refreshing flavor.

Quando abri o pedido me deparei com a lata de refrigerante em cima da embalagem da comida que obviamente, estava amassada. As peças do combinado estavam espremidas na embalagem, sem falar do cream cheese que tinha um sabor de queijo tão forte que anulava o restante.
Não peço mais.
Pedido realizado pelo ifood.
Unfortunately no luck!
When I opened the order I came across the soda can on top of the food package that was obviously crumpled. The pieces of the combo were crammed into the packaging, not to mention the cream cheese that had such a strong cheese flavor that it nullified the rest.
I ask no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um frango xadrez nesse restaurante e para minha surpresa só mandaram frango com cebola. Entrei em contato e disseram que no próximo pedido me mandariam o pedido correto. Como esperam que eu peça uma segunda vez se já erraram na primeira. Me deixaram sem minha comida e passaram o problema para o Ifood.
I ordered a checkered chicken at this restaurant and to my surprise they only ordered chicken with onions. I got in touch and they said that in the next order they would send me the correct order. How do you expect me to ask a second time if you've already made a mistake the first time. They left me without my food and passed the problem on to Ifood.
