★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso fizeram comigo, pedir pra dimunuir os megas da minha internet e informaram que não tinha mais esse plano, sendo que minha sogra tem á mesma internet e paga um valor razoável de 2 megas e o meu não pode mudar pra que fique á mesma coisa, cadê o direito do consumidor ?
They neglected to ask me to decrease the megs of my internet and informed that I no longer had this plan, and my mother-in-law has the same internet and pays a reasonable amount of 2 megs and mine can not change so that is the same where is the consumer's right?

Atendimento é rápido e prestativo, muito bom.
Para ficar completa, poderia entregar a velocidade de Upload igual a de Download, daí o que já é bom, ficaria melhor. (como faz a digital telecom.)
Good connection and delivering the band to several destinations without any problem, really better than the ones that already had in Teofilandia.
Service is fast and helpful, very good.
To be complete, it could deliver the Upload speed equal to the Download speed, hence what is already good, it would be better. (as does digital telecom.)
