★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo WhatsApp é péssimo, demorado e se o cliente não cobra respostas eles ignoram totalmente. Pedi um orçamento e demoraram mais de um dia para me passarem. Aliás, até agora não recebi. Como cansei de cobrar respostas vou procurar outro local.

Desgaste emocional muito grande pra mim e família. Tem uma abertura entre a peça e a parede com mais de 04 cm .... e eles não arrumam, entrando vários insetos na casa... Estou indo indo pra justiça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nesta empresa, Roni não respeita prazo de entrega!! Meu serviço quera pra ser entregue em 20 dias ja tem 2 meses é ainda não foi entregue. O Roni veio medir e ficou com um diferença de um dedo de um lado pro outro, não aceitei o serviço e agora não me entrega, pois não tem funcionário para fazer a instalação.
Vc liga para o Roni e ele ainda é grosso, querendo ter razão. NÃO FAÇA NESTA EMPRESA!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso com o consumidor, contratei o serviço no mês 07 de 2020, hoje estamos no mês 10 de 2020 e o serviço ainda não foi terminado, foram feitos diversos contados e a empresa LH da várias desculpas, sempre remarcando o atendimento, isso porque eu ligo atrás, porque a empresa não da retorno nenhum.
Existe uma grande falta de comunicação com a atendente Suelen e o dono Roni
E tem mais Sr Roni é totalmente sem educação, grosseiro.
Muitas das vezes o celular do Roni fica incomunicável
Estou tento que acionar a justiça para que o serviço seja terminado.
