★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim, janela instalada, porta estourou na instalação a mais de um mês e a nova porta não há o mínimo de resposta se um dia virá. Não emitiram nota nem contrato, agora o pagamento esse sim receberam rapidinho.

Além de demorarem muito mais que o prometido para entregar os produtos, a sacada é de baixa qualidade e o box está caindo aos pedaços.
estou cotando um box novo, todas as empresas que vieram cotar, foram unanimes a dizer que o box foi montado errado.
Hoje o box está com o trilho quebrado, vazando pela cola e uma roldana está raspando no alumínio, que nos deixa a sensação que vai quebrar a qualquer momento.
Agora vi que o box foi montado errado, mesmo o dono da Portall vistoriar pessoalmente a execução da montagem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 31/08/2016 o senhor Roni dono da Porttal Vidros entrou em contato comigo solicitando um içamento de espelhos para uma obra administrada para Dubai Construtora, disponibilizei uma equipe na hora para atende-lo, compramos madeiras para fazer a proteção dos vidros, fizemos o içamento com toda segurança. O combinado foi de ser pago via deposito em 10 dias corridos, vencendo no dia 09/09/2016, não houve o pagamento conforme combinado entramos em contato com ele, o mesmo informou que a construtora DUBAI não havia pagado a Porttal pelo serviço, entrei em contato com a Dubai e a mesma informou já tinha sido pago o valor total para o Roni, mas ela não repassou para nós. no dia 20/09/2016 ele transferiu parte do dinheiro, depois disso sumiu, não atende mais os telefones quando ligamos de outro numero ele atende e fala que está fazendo a transferência, mas e mentira porque não cumpre com o combinado.
Estou reclamando para receber o restante e alertar outras empresas que irá prestar serviços para PORTTAl Vidros localizada em Osasco.
