Escrevi uma mensagem para obter informações sobre cursos e o individuo/a me respondeu com sarcasmo dizendo que ninguem me atendia pq estavam pulando carnaval!!! Isso foi na quarta feira de cinzas DEPOIS DO MEIO DIA!!!! Que falta de tato e profissionalismo!! Sou cabeleireira e fiz diversos cursos em varias unidades e sempre fui bem tratada. Ou seja, existe um certo padrão no atendimento e como é que isso acontece na internet? ABSURDO!!!
I was treated badly on the Facebook fan page. I wrote a message to get information about courses and the individual responded with sarcasm saying that no one answered me because they were jumping carnaval !!! That was on Ash Wednesday AFTER THE MIDDLE DAY !!!! What lack of tact and professionalism !! I am a hairdresser and I have taken several courses in several units and I have always been well treated. That is, is there a certain standard in the service and how does this happen on the internet? ABSURD!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal orientado a comprar shampoo para deixar cabelo mais suave e ficou 5x mais seco... paguei mais de 100 reais e acabei tentando trocar e disseram que iam ver com um gerente... que nunca retornou... e fiquei sem shampoo e sem meu dinheiro já que deixei no quiosque. Sinto me enganado a abri reclamação no shopping Cidade e reclame aqui. Perderam um potencial cliente pra sempre! E agora nem mesmo quero troca... Apenas estorno!
I was misguided to buy shampoo to leave hair smoother and it was 5x drier ... I paid over 100 reais and ended up trying to change and said they would see with a manager ... who never returned ... and I was without shampoo and without my money since I left it at the kiosk. I am mistaken to open complaint at the City mall and complain here. They lost a potential customer forever! And now I don't even want to trade ... Just chargeback!

and that number that doesn't exist? How do I book an appointment? apart from that at the Moema and Tatuapé unit, they just call, call and go to voicemail. I've called several times and they haven't answered.
