Horrible...to sell very good...but to solve problems they only get lost in people... total lack of respect. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei um carro em março/2021 e hoje 20/10/2021 ainda não consegui transferir o carro, pois o mesmo está cheio de multas, liga na loja não atendem, manda mensagem não retornam, falaram que iria fazer a quitação e até a presente data nada foi feito, sem contar que o carro não veio com chave de rodas, triangulo, macaco... sou de outra cidade, visitei o carro, apontei o que não gostei, falaram que iria corrigir, e por ser longe de onde moro até a loja, me falaram que eu poderia fazer o necessário em minha cidade e após passar para eles para acerto, o pneu do carro não explodiu por sorte, pois além que uma cratera num deles, os demais estavam só no arame, passei todo o risco e os problemas a loja, e nenhuma ação foi tomada! Pós venda esquece. Hoje estou com o carro parado devido a inúmeros problemas com o mesmo e devido a não acerto entre os sócios, o carro não foi acertado a documentação, e eu como cliente que não tenho nada a ver com a situação acabei ficando no meio deste impace. NÃO RECOMENDO!!
I don't recommend it, I bought a car in March/2021 and today 10/20/2021 I still haven't been able to transfer the car, because it is full of fines, calls the store, they don't answer, send a message, they don't return, they said they would make the discharge and to date, nothing has been done, not to mention that the car did not come with a wheel lock, triangle, jack... I'm from another city, I visited the car, pointed out what I didn't like, they said I would fix it, and because it's far away from where I live to the store, they told me I could do whatever was necessary in my city and after I went to them to fix it, the car tire did not explode by luck, as besides a crater in one of them, the others were just on the wire, I passed all the risk and trouble to the store, and no action was taken! After sale forget it. Today I have the car stopped due to numerous problems with it and due to the lack of agreement between the partners, the car was not corrected in the documentation, and as a client who has nothing to do with the situation, I ended up in the middle of this impasse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Vende veículos com defeito e não assume as manutenções. Veículos com multas em atraso e não reembolsam caso vc pague. Quando vão vender atendem até de madrugada, quando aparece esses problemas simplesmente te ignoram.
I do not recommend. It sells defective vehicles and does not assume the maintenance. Vehicles with late fines and do not refund if you pay. When they go to sell they serve until dawn, when these problems appear they simply ignore you.

I don't recommend, they sell vehicles without having done any review, and when a problem appears, they don't fix it, they don't fulfill the warranty!! Shopping at this store is a headache!!!
