★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Obrigam os clientes a comer as pizzas doces no mesmo prato que as salgadas alegando que não podem infringir a política da casa, preferem perder um cliente dessa maneira ridícula. Além disso, a gerência é arrogante e não assume os próprios erros do estabelecimento, péssima experiência não recomendo, só lamento pelos funcionários (atendentes) que são muitos bons para o local.
 Terrible! They force customers to eat the sweet pizzas on the same plate as the savory ones, claiming that they cannot violate the house policy, they prefer to lose a customer in this ridiculous way. In addition, the management is arrogant and does not assume the establishment's own mistakes, bad experience I do not recommend, I only regret the employees (attendants) who are very good for the place.

Mas, o pior de tudo foi o tratamento que, o talvez dono teve conosco, quando pedimos por duas vezes para assar um pouco mais a massa, espero que melhorem tanto na qualidade dos sabores, quanto no tratamento ao cliente, para que outras pessoas não tenham a péssima experiência quando visitar a pizzaria, lembrando que às reclamações foram feitas de maneira educada aos funcionários.
Unfortunately the quality leaves something to be desired, extremely raw, hard dough, the products used to differentiate the flavors are not good. But, worst of all was the treatment that the perhaps owner had with us, when we asked twice to bake the dough a little more, I hope they improve both in the quality of flavors and in the treatment of the customer, so that other people don't have a bad experience when visiting the pizzeria, remembering that complaints were made politely to employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É até difícil dar uma estrela para um estabelecimento, tem que deixar muito a desejar, e infelizmente a experiência foi bem desagradável.
Qualidade da pizza não é boa infelizmente, e o atendimento ao cliente foi no mesmo nível. Talvez seja o dono que veio falar à mesa, com a máscara no queixo, falando bem próximo, sem respeitar às medidas de segurança contra covid, e disse que a pizza dele era assim! Chega a ser triste ouvir isso.
Após o ocorrido, um moço muito educado e nos informou que precisaram mudar o ponto da massa e não deu certo. Era simples de resolver, uma explicação que eu como cliente entenderia.
Espero que melhorem e consigam ajustar para que, outros clientes não precisem passar por isso.
Lembrando que estávamos em 10 pessoas, e a opinião foi a mesma.

Pizza quality is not good unfortunately and customer service was on the same level. Maybe it's the owner who came to talk to the table, with the mask on his chin, talking very closely, without respecting the security measures against covid, and said that his pizza was like that! It's sad to hear that.
After what happened, a very polite young man informed us that they needed to change the dough stitch and it didn't work. It was simple to solve, an explanation that I as a customer would understand.
I hope they improve and be able to adjust so that other customers don't have to go through this.
Remembering that we were in 10 people, and the opinion was the same.
