★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa de péssima qualidade no atendimento fiz um pedido de 14/10, e até o momento não obtive retorno de seus vendedores sobre o meu pedido, total descaso com o consumidor não indico nem para um inimigo. Dei uma estrela pq não tem como dar nenhuma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente só decepção. Apesar de as peças serão bonitas e atenderem a demanada, o atendimento online e físico deixou muito a desejar. Já tinha solicitado o orçamento e, indo ao showroom fechar o aluguel, tive que PEDIR um contrato e esperar dias pela boa vontade da empresa em me enviar um. Isso porque a prática comum é não fazer contrato e, ao invés disso pegar um cheque calção no valor total das peças CASO algo aconteça, uma prática que mesmo tendo alugado artigos de eventos e festas várias vezes nunca vi nenhuma empresa séria fazendo. Depois de confirmar o recebimento do comprovante e pagamento com a empresa, fiquei tranquila que tudo daria certo. Eis que NO DIA DA ENTREGA ligam para perguntar se o pagamento tinha sido feito. Ou seja, apesar de terem confirmado o recebimento do comprovante e do pagamento, se desorganizaram a ponto de ter que perguntar pra mim no dia da entrega se o pagamento tinha sido feito porque eles mesmos não tinham certeza. O combinado, inclusive na nota, era que a entrega fosse feita no período da manhã. Porém as peças foram entregues mais de 14h, quando eu já tinha convidados chegando. Tive que ligar, mandar whatsapp várias vezes e me estressar durante o dia do meu evento por causa da falta de organização da La Bella Tavola. Embora o material tenha atendido a necessidade, por conta do atendimento e a falta de organização não recomendo essa empresa a ninguém!

This is because the common practice is not to make a contract and, instead, to take a shorts check for the total value of the pieces in the event something happens, a practice that even though I rented articles from events and parties several times, I never saw any serious company doing it. After confirming receipt of the receipt and payment with the company, I was confident that everything would work out. Behold, THE DAY OF DELIVERY call to ask if the payment had been made. That is, despite having confirmed receipt of the receipt and payment, they became disorganized to the point of having to ask me on the day of delivery if the payment had been made because they themselves were not sure. The agreement, including the note, was that the delivery was made in the morning. However the pieces were delivered more than 14h, when I already had guests arriving. I had to call, send whatsapp several times and stress me out during the day of my event because of the lack of organization at La Bella Tavola. Although the material met the need, due to the service and the lack of organization I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Adquiri cadeira e mesa bistrô preta dobrável, preço bom e excelente qualidade ( unidade da vila Carrão).
Meu esposo esteve recentemente na loja do Tatuapé e trouxe mais 2 cadeiras veio um material e acabamento diferente... Sinceramente gostei muito mais da primeira remessa que veio da vila Carrão.
Vale a pena a visita e conhecer melhor os produtos. Eles têm um setor que fazem locação também.

I purchased a black folding bistro chair and table, good price and excellent quality (Vila Carrão unit).
My husband was recently at the Tatuapé store and brought 2 more chairs, a different material and finish came in. Honestly, I really liked the first shipment that came from the village of Carrão.
It is worth the visit and get to know the products better. They have a sector that leases as well.
