★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom os dois primeiros pedidos foram bons, apesar de ter que ligar pra poder ser respondida no Whatsapp. Já última vez o pedido que era 40 min. Demorou além do prazo, tive que entrar em contato com o estabelecimento pra saber o motivo da demora. E o pedido feito as 19. Foi dito q ocorreu um imprevisto e marcaram de entregar as 21:30. Deu o horário retornei e quando cancelei o pedido o estabelecimento informou q estava chegando porém as 22:30 recebi.
Faltou comprometimento total. Ao invés de eu ter que ligar e cobrar, eles deveriam ter ne dado satisfação assim que retornei a primeira vez pela demora do mesmo.
Well the first two requests were good, despite having to call in order to be answered on Whatsapp. Already last time the order was 40 min. It took too long, I had to contact the establishment to find out the reason for the delay. And the order was made at 19. It was said that there was an unforeseen event and they were scheduled to deliver at 21:30. I gave the time I returned and when I canceled the order the establishment informed that it was arriving but at 10:30 pm I received it.
Total commitment was lacking. Rather than having to call and charge, they should have given no satisfaction as soon as I returned the first time due to the delay.
