Comprei uma calça no dia 02/10/2021 (loja riverside) no meu tamanho, quando provei havia ficado bem ajustada ao corpo, vestindo super bem. Usei a calça para sair no mesmo dia e após algumas horas a calça estava completamente folgada, como se fossem 04 números a mais. Isso só demonstra a falta de qualidade da peça, utilização de um tecido ruim. Entrei em contato via whasapp com a loja no entanto foram omissos, não se posicionaram e nao ofereceram qualquer opção. Me sentindo completamente lesada, na certeza de que não retornarei a comprar na loja.NÃO INDICO LA VERTU!!!!
I have been a customer of la vertu since the beginning of the store, however, the quality of the pieces has not been preserved over the years. I bought a pair of pants on 10/02/2021 (riverside store) in my size, when I tried them on, they were well adjusted to the body, wearing super well. I used the pants to go out on the same day and after a few hours the pants were completely loose, as if they were 04 numbers more. This only demonstrates the lack of quality of the piece, the use of a bad fabric. I contacted the store via whasapp, however they were silent, did not take a stand and did not offer any options. Feeling completely aggrieved, in the certainty that I will not go back to shopping at the store.NOT INDICATING LA VERTU!!!!
