I really liked the service and the service proposal is different. Nina, my partner, came back from the bath, super calm, and my daughter was watching the bath in the next room, which by the way is very cozy. Congratulations!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo lugar, ótimo atendimento, grande variedade de brinquedos e acessórios. Possui mesinhas para esperarmos o banho dos pets e eles servem café Nespresso cortesia. A sala de banho e a de espera são separadas por um vidro transparente, então é possível ver tudo. Um diferencial é a ducha com cromoterapia para acalmar os bichinhos.
Beautiful place, great service, wide variety of toys and accessories. It has tables to wait for the pets to bathe and they serve complimentary Nespresso coffee. The bathroom and the waiting room are separated by transparent glass, so you can see everything. A differential is the shower with color therapy to calm the animals.

E a melhor parte é que a tosa 100% na tesoura fica perfeita! ❤️
Their service is a huge differentiator! I was able to wait for my dog to shower while working on the tables, everyone is always super receptive from scheduling on what’s app to arriving at the pet!
And the best part is that the 100% clipping on the scissors is perfect! ❤️
