★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento tanto pelo watts App quanto presencial. Sugiro que cheguem com antecedência no exame,principalmente no sábado para não correr o risco de perder o horário, quase aconteceu conosco, sorte que um cliente desmarcou aí deu pra sermos atendidos. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem boa estrutura, com ambiente preparado e funcionárias da recepção educadas, que em sua maioria fazem o serviço de forma recomendável.
Porém a crítica vai para uma profissional veterinária que, além de estar totalmente perdida com o uso dos equipamentos eletrônicos do local onde trabalha pois não conseguiu ao menos ver resultados de exames sem minha ajuda como cliente (apresentando imperícia e despreparo para uso básico de um notebook, por exemplo), ainda errou no diagnóstico e por pouco não submeteu o cão a extrações dentárias desnecessárias!
O valor gasto na consulta praticamente foi perdido pois não houve apontamento real da questão problema que envolvia a saúde do animal em uma questão emergencial.
Somente não aponto como perda total do investimento pois houve a drenagem de um pequeno cisto líquido do animal.
Recomendo a quem levar seu pet neste local, que também procure outras opiniões (assim como fazemos conosco em atendimentos pessoais/humanos).
The place has a good structure, with a prepared environment and polite reception staff, who mostly do the service in a recommendable way.
But the criticism goes to a veterinary professional who, in addition to being totally lost with the use of electronic equipment in the place where she works, because she couldn't even see exam results without my help as a client (presenting incompetence and unpreparedness for the basic use of a notebook , for example), still misdiagnosed and almost subjected the dog to unnecessary tooth extractions!
The amount spent on the consultation was practically lost because there was no real mention of the problem that involved the health of the animal in an emergency issue.
I just don't point it out as a total loss of investment because there was drainage of a small liquid cyst from the animal.
I recommend anyone who takes their pet to this place to also look for other opinions (as we do with us in personal/human care).

There are a few parking lots, usually as the exams are scheduled and it makes easier to get a parking spot. You may always have a parking spot on the street. The prices are fare.
