agora, sobre os funcionários que dão banho nos animais.. tratam super mal os animais, puxam o pelo, não tomam o devido cuidado. recomendo apenas para veterinária.

now, about the employees who bathe the animals... they treat the animals very badly, they pull the fur, they don't take proper care. recommend only for veterinarian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu pet para consulta veterinária e, após uma avaliação muito rápida, o veterinário já foi logo aplicando uma medicação injetável, sem nem explicar qual era a medicação e se poderia administrá-la. Não havia sequer perguntado sobre antecedentes clínicos; e se meu pet tivesse alguma alergia ou comorbidade? Trabalho na área da saude e as medicações podem trazer benefícios, mas também malefícios, dependendo da história prévia do paciente. Passou uma medicação para casa e não entregou receita, logo quis vender a medicação que deveria ser usada. Foi a primeira e última vez que vou nessa clínica.
I took my pet to a veterinary consultation and, after a very quick assessment, the veterinarian was soon applying an injectable medication, without even explaining what the medication was and whether it could be administered. He hadn't even asked about clinical background; What if my pet had any allergies or comorbidity? Health work and medications can bring benefits, but also harm, depending on the patient's previous history. He passed a medication home and did not deliver a prescription, so he wanted to sell the medication that should be used. It was the first and last time I went to this clinic.
