★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha bicicleta em um sábado para ser feita a revisão a mais completa que tinham. Ficaram de me devolver na 4f seguinte, mas acabei deixando para pegar sábado, porém foi feriado. Liguei durante a semana para saber se estava pronta e fiquei sabendo que não tinham mexido nela, com isso acabei deixando mais uma semana... para a minha surpresa quando fui buscar, 3 sábados depois, a bike estava com pneus murchos empoeirada e sem ter feito nenhuma revisão. Até iria deixar mais uma semana, mas fiquei muito frustado. Parecia que não queriam fazer o trabalho.
DECEPÇÃO!
I left my bike on a Saturday for the most thorough overhaul they had. They were to return it to me the following 4f, but I ended up leaving it to pick up Saturday, but it was a holiday. I called during the week to see if it was ready and found out that it had not been tampered with, so I ended up leaving another week... to my surprise when I went to pick it up, 3 Saturdays later, the bike had flat tires, dusty and no done no review. I would even leave another week, but I was very frustrated. It looked like they didn't want to do the job.
DISAPPOINTMENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços justos, porém não cumprem prazo de entrega, não informam exato o que é preciso fazer na manutenção ou não, deixaram serviço incompleto informando não ter a peça de reposição e não deram solução de como resolver…..
Fair prices, but they don't meet the delivery deadline, they don't say exactly what needs to be done in the maintenance or not, they left an incomplete service saying they didn't have the spare part and they didn't give a solution on how to solve it…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conseguem ter preços competitivos, porém o serviço deixa a desejar, além de deixarem incompleto ou mal feito, não cumprem o combinado, acordamos que me responderiam pelo whatsapp se a peça nova que preciso adquirir serve para minha bike, já tem 2 semanas que olham minha msg e me ignoram.
Conseguiram perder um cliente!

Queria mesmo fazer a substituição mas faltou a indicação feita pelos técnicos, pois não me ajudaram e ignoraram minhas msgs como já havia dito no comentário inicial
Obs: 1 estrela pq não dá para dar 0
They can have competitive prices, but the service leaves something to be desired, in addition to being incomplete or poorly done, they do not fulfill the agreement, we agreed that they would answer me by whatsapp if the new part that I need to buy fits my bike, it has been 2 weeks since they look at mine msg and ignore me.
They managed to lose a customer!

I really wanted to make the replacement but the technicians did not mention it, as they did not help me and ignored my messages as I had already said in the initial comment.
