★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo! Você faz um agendamento de 11:30, são 12:40 e nem se quer fomos atendidos. Os atendentes são super despreparados, passam pelo menos 40 minutos com cada clientes... um absurdo!
A trash! You make an appointment at 11:30 am, it is 12:40 pm and we don't even care. The attendants are super unprepared, spend at least 40 minutes with each customer ... absurd!

Terrible. I made an appointment at 11:30 and now it's 12:40 and I haven't even been seen. It doesn't make up for the price. Good luck to anyone who wants to take a chance. A real lack of commitment to the client: everyone has a schedule. Terrible.
