★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na loja do Tacaruna e fui atendido com extrema má vontade. Eu queria trocar euros pois estou de férias no Brasil com meu marido e só pagam em um tal de Pix,uma operação de transferência bancária que não existe na Alemanha, logo eu como não moro no Brasil há anos não tenho esse tipo de serviço bancário. Perguntei o motivo e fui informado que não tinham real ( Oi? Se no Brasil não há Real vou achar onde ??) e por fim eu perguntei se ela poderia verificar se alguma loja tinha dinheiro para eu pegar um taxi e ir lá e ela me informa que o sistema caiu (E como seria feita a operação se eu tivesse o tal de Pix se o sistema havia caído? Não há telefone nas outras lojas ??) E todas essas perguntas entre parêntesis foram respondidas que maneira bem grosseira e desinteressada. Uma pessoa que vem a cidade do Recife fazer turismo e não conhece ninguém aqui não vai poder gastar os Euros que trouxe para movimentar o Turismo?? Cheguei do Rio de Janeiro ontem e não tive problema algum para encontrar Real,seria falta de Real só em Recife ?? Absurdo. Situação IGUAL tive na outra loja de câmbio do mesmo shopping.
 Today I was at Tacaruna's store and I was treated with extreme grudging care. I wanted to exchange euros because I'm on vacation in Brazil with my husband and they only pay in a Pix, a bank transfer operation that doesn't exist in Germany, so since I haven't lived in Brazil for years, I don't have this type of banking service. I asked the reason and was informed that they had no real (Hi? If in Brazil there is no Real I will find where??) and finally I asked if she could check if any store had money for me to take a taxi and go there and she informs that the system crashed (And how would the operation be done if I had the Pix guy if the system had crashed? There are no telephones in the other stores??) And all those questions in parentheses were answered in a very rude and disinterested way. A person who comes to Recife for tourism and doesn't know anyone here won't be able to spend the Euros he brought to move tourism?? I arrived from Rio de Janeiro yesterday and had no problem finding Real, would it be the lack of Real only in Recife ?? Absurd. SAME situation I had at another exchange store in the same mall.
