Pois além da simpatia da coletora ainda tomaram todos os cuidados necessários devido à pandemia que estamos vivendo neste momento e utilizei o meu convênio médico no sistema de reembolso e foi tudo bem tranquilo e sem burocracias.
I had to do some home examinations in this quarantine period and at the recommendation of a friend I hired Labor Health services. Super recommend !!! Because in addition to the friendliness of the collector, they also took all the necessary care due to the pandemic we are experiencing at the moment and I used my medical insurance in the reimbursement system and everything was very smooth and without bureaucracy.

Em meio uma pandemia, estou gestante, vieram em casa coletar exame de sangue e depois enviaram uma nota fiscal em quase 6 mil reais, é isso mesmo um exame de sangue 6 mil reais, um absurdo! A sinistralidade do convênio médico aumenta absurdo! Médicos e pacientes não utilizem esse serviço!

Liguei para agendar um exame e perguntei qual era o prazo para sair o resultado, pois eu já precisava agendar o retorno com minha médica. Inicialmente fui informada de que seria em até 5 dias.
No dia que fiz o exame a informação já foi outra, de que o resultado sairia em até 7 dias.
Passados 9 dias e eu consultando diariamente no site com o login e senha que recebi pra verificar se tinha saído o resultado, mas nada.
Entrei em contato com o laboratório e o retorno que recebi era de que o resultado seria liberado no dia seguinte (10º dia).
Pra minha surpresa, ao acessar o site do laboratório novamente no 10º dia com o mesmo login e senha, apareceu a informação de que não existia nenhum pedido para os dados informados.
Em resumo, paguei para realizar um exame que meu convênio não cobria e tenho urgência no resultado, mas já se passaram 10 dias e nada.
Essa conduta nada séria por parte deste laboratório, coloca em dúvida a eficácia do resultado.
Unfortunately my experience with this laboratory was not the best and I do not recommend it.
I called to schedule an exam and asked what was the deadline to get the result out, as I already needed to schedule a return visit with my doctor. Initially I was informed that it would be within 5 days.
On the day I took the exam, the information was different, that the result would come out within 7 days.
After 9 days, I was checking the site daily with the login and password I received to check if the result had come out, but nothing.
I contacted the laboratory and the feedback I received was that the result would be released the following day (10th day).
To my surprise, when I accessed the laboratory's website again on the 10th day with the same login and password, the information appeared that there was no request for the data entered.
In short, I paid to perform an exam that my health insurance did not cover and I have urgent results, but it's been 10 days and nothing.
This unserious conduct by this laboratory casts doubt on the effectiveness of the result.
