Horrible, regular reception. The nurse who attended to me was stressed with me just because I warned her that a particular vein is very difficult to puncture. It was rough and punctured a vein in my hand. She left and sent another one to attend to me. God forbid. I never go back there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa experiência. Bom atendimento, resultado em 15' , gel disponíveis e ar condicionado . O feedback negativo ( construtivo) fica por conta da porta q poderia ser automático, pelo motivo óbvio e por ter presenciado 2 pessoas tomando café dentro da clínica. Onde às mesma esperavam seus resultados.
Good experience. Good service, result in 15', gel available and air conditioning. Negative (constructive) feedback is on account of the door that could be automatic, for the obvious reason and for having witnessed 2 people having coffee inside the clinic. Where they waited for their results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório é muito limpo, o atendimento é feito por senha, funcionários treinados e atenciosos, aceita convênio Iamspe e tem uma máquina de café com Expresso, chocolate quente para os pacientes pós exame como cortesia. O resultado pode ser impresso pelo site. Sempre faço meus exames nesse laboratório.
The laboratory is very clean, the service is done by password, trained and attentive staff, accepts Iamspe agreement and has a coffee machine with Espresso, hot chocolate for post-exam patients as a courtesy. The result can be printed from the website. I always do my exams in this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A retirada do sangue pelo laboratório gerou um grande hematoma no braço devido a inserir a agulha e não ter precisão no manuseio e ficar procurando veia com a agulha, para mim faltou perícia da pessoa que atendeu e este procedimento prejudica a pessoa que utiliza esse laboratório para seus exames.
The blood withdrawal by the laboratory generated a large hematoma on the arm due to inserting the needle and not having precision in handling and looking for a vein with the needle, for me there was a lack of expertise of the person who attended and this procedure harms the person who uses this laboratory to your exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei levar meu filho para fazer o teste rápido de covid e achei o atendimento excelente os funcionários super receptivos eu não pide descer do carro pois estava recém operada e vieram até o carro para assinar por meu filho que é menor de idade e efetuar o pagamento.
O resultado saiu rápido é o local não estava cheio lá ainda tem uma máquina de café para os clientes enquanto aguardam o resultado .
O único ponto negativo é que só tem 2 vagas para estacionar ,então é melhor ir de uber ou com alguém que acompanhe .
I had to take my son to do the quick covid test and I found the service excellent, the staff were super receptive, I didn't ask to get out of the car because it was just operated and they came to the car to sign for my son who is a minor and make the payment.
The result came out fast is the place was not full there still has a coffee machine for customers while they wait for the result.
The only negative point is that there are only 2 parking spaces, so it's better to go by uber or with someone who accompanies you.
