★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As funcionárias são muito simpáticas e prestativas. O ambiente possui localizador de veias. O aparelho foi fundamental para uma vacina precisa no meu filho de 2 anos.
 The employees are very friendly and helpful. The environment has a vein locator. The device was essential for an accurate vaccine in my 2-year-old son.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento atencioso e gentil na recepção e coleta. Entretanto, na recepção é sempre muito demorado comparado a outros laboratórios. Embora tenha poucos clientes no horário, a demora é no atendimento mesmo e não por fila de espera. Já a coleta é rápida.
Attentive and kind service at reception and collection. However, reception is always very time-consuming compared to other laboratories. Although there are few customers on time, the delay is in the service itself and not in the queue. Collection is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cadastro e autorização de exames demora demais. Fui mais de uma vez para constatar se não tinha sido só um evento isolado, porém a demora sempre se repete.
Em tempo:
A atendente Mônica nos acolheu muito bem e, antes mesmo da resposta aqui, ela nos deu um excelente tratamento e encontrou uma solução para não ficarmos sem fazer os exames. Muito atenciosa e educada.
Retifico que, depois constatou-se que a falha ocorreu na requisição fornecida, que por erro acabou sendo emitida em nome de outro paciente.
De já meus agradecimentos pela solução dada!
Registration and authorization of exams takes too long. I went more than once to see if it wasn't just an isolated event, but the delay is always repeated.

The attendant Mônica welcomed us very well and, even before the answer here, she gave us excellent treatment and found a solution for us not to go without the exams. Very helpful and polite.
I rectify that, later it was found that the failure occurred in the request provided, which by mistake ended up being issued in the name of another patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora para autorizar os exames pelo plano. A pessoa vem em jejum pra fazer o exame e tem que esperar muito tempo para uma simples autorização.
It takes a long time to authorize the exams by the plan. The person comes fasting to take the exam and has to wait a long time for a simple authorization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos c uma criança de 10 anos Leonardo Melo zuchi..chegamos antes das 7 até agora aguardando autorização de 2 exames...atendente atendendo outros pacientes e n tem como ficar olhando p verificar...criança em jejum...já aborrecida de tanto esperar...o q acha de colocar alguém c esra responsabilidade e repassará medida q isto acontece....muita cansativo...exames q nem são tão especializados..imagine se fosse mais oneroso p clínica.. aguardo resposta e solução....
We are with a 10-year-old child Leonardo Melo zuchi..we arrived before 7am until now waiting for authorization for 2 exams...attendant attending to other patients and can keep looking to check...child fasting...already annoyed from so much wait...what do you think about putting someone with this responsibility and will pass it on as this happens....very tiring...exams that aren't even that specialized..imagine if it were more expensive for the clinic.. I'm waiting for a response and a solution.. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Façam um favor a si mesmos e NÃO venham a essa unidade. O atendimento é muito lento e burocrático. Quase perdi um compromisso importante por tentar fazer um simples exame de sangue (que já estava autorizado!), com antecedência de 1h30min. Tinham apenas 8 pessoas na recepção. Oito! ??♂️
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this unit. Service is very slow and bureaucratic. I almost missed an important appointment for trying to do a simple blood test (which was already authorized!), 1h30min in advance. There were only 8 people at the reception. Eight! ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Atendimento horrível, tenho vários relatos sobre o atendimento desse local.
Dizem que as 6:30 já está aberto, porém os funcionários ainda estão chegando e abrindo o local. A pessoa que tem horário pra trabalhar cedo fica prejudica. Fora os funcionários que não são nada solícitos. Era 6:30 e queriam barrar minha entrada no local pq ainda não tinha feito abertura de sistema e etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento! No sábado, realizei a coleta em 5 minutos, pela Humana Saúde. A técnica que me atendeu era muito educada e delicada no procedimento de extração de sangue. Atendimento bastante superior ao da Med imagem, sempre lotada e que não emite mais nenhuma senha se vc chegar as 10h da manhã de um sábado.
