 Terrible service! I've been waiting for the result of a covid exam for five days and I can't even get in touch with the laboratory.

para receber o exame e mais difícil ainda não entrega o exame de acordo com a data correta e ligação mais difícil ainda de atender eles colocam vc em uma espera sem fim
To be served you have to spend at least 2 hrs in line
to receive the exam and it is even more difficult not to deliver the exam according to the correct date and even more difficult call to answer they put you on an endless wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazer cliente de palhaço é pouco né? Ainda mais estando doente. Diz no site que tá aberto no sábado 7h as 12h, quando na realidade estão fechados! Lamentável.
Making a clown client is not enough, right? Even more being sick. It says on the website that it's open on Saturday from 7 am to 12 pm, when in reality they are closed! Unfortunate.

Terrible! I try all morning for 40 minutes, and when it's time, the call hangs up. No one answers! Horrible. No agility at all. Worst lab, do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. A ligação telefônica é um engodo. Ninguém atende. Total desrespeito pelo consumidor. Liguei e minha posição era a 6, com tempo de 12 minutos. Após 40 minutos sem atendimento, qdo minha posição passou para 2, o tempo voltou para 15minutos e nunca atenderam. Procon neles!!!
Terrible. The phone call is a scam. Nobody answer. Total disrespect for the consumer. I called and my position was 6, with a time of 12 minutes. After 40 minutes of no answer, when my position changed to 2, the time went back to 15 minutes and they never answered. Procon on them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso para atendimento ao telefone. Fiquei 45 minutos aguardando e nunca atenderam! Infelizmente essa droga de laboratório é a única que faz o teste de Covid pela Unimed. Não recomendo! Péssimo!
Total disregard for answering the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes and they never answered! Unfortunately, this laboratory drug is the only one that tests for Covid by Unimed. I do not recommend! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar uma nota seria abaixo de zero,pense em um laboratório péssimo esse. Fiz o teste pra covid e só recebi com 7 dias depois. E o pior é que os próprios funcionários ficam debochando da sua cara.
If I could give a grade it would be below zero, think of a terrible laboratory. I took the test for covid and only received it 7 days later. And the worst thing is that the employees themselves are making fun of you.

Fiquei durante 2h esperando ser atendida pelo telefone e desisti. Assim que liguei foi dito que eu era a 12 na fila. E nos últimos 40 minutos dizia que eu era a primeira da fila pra ser atendida.
Enfim, desliguei. Após passar das 18h e saber que já estava fechado.
Lack of respect for the patient!
I stayed for 2 hours waiting to be answered by telephone and gave up. So I called was told that I was the 12th in line. And in the last 40 minutes saying that I was the first in line to be served.
Anyway, I hung up. After passing the 18h and knowing it was already closed.
