- O atendimento na agência do Manoel Honório é muito demorado. A recepcionista demorou 1 hora para atender apenas cinco senhas. Pessoas mais velhas estavam reclamando, pois já estavam a 12h em jejum. Eu atrasei mais de uma hora no trabalho.
Pontos positivos:
- profissionais educados e atenciosos;
- o resultado sai rápido;
- a coleta de sangue é tranquila e indolor.
Negative point:
- The service at the agency of Manoel Honório is very time consuming. The receptionist took 1 hour to answer only five passwords. Older people were complaining, since they were already fasting at 12 a.m. I was more than an hour late at work.
Good points:
- educated and attentive professionals;
- the result comes out fast;
- The blood collection is quiet and painless.

No conditions. 01:00 in the queue to be served at the reception. Lack of respect, especially with the elderly who were waiting for care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem condições: 8 pessoas na fila aguardando, as 09:12horas e o atendimento lentíssimo. Se tiver faltando de uma a duas horas pro seu jejum pode ir tranquilo, do contrário, não recomendo.
No conditions: 8 people in line waiting at 9:12 am and very slow service. If you have an hour or two left for your fast, you can go easy, otherwise, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos muito atenciosos. A demora é devido ao fato de que para a coleta de material para exames ser liberada é necessário autorização do convênio (que deve ser de uso da maioria), aliado ao fato que tem somente uma atendente na recepção.
All very attentive. The delay is due to the fact that for the collection of material for examinations to be released, authorization from the health insurance (which must be for use by the majority) is required, together with the fact that there is only one attendant at the reception.
