Horrible, inexperienced collection professionals at Cohatrac posts multiple collection attempts and unsuccessful. And still directs the fasting customer to another unit... lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá duas vezes durante a pandemia. O local está bem organizado; o distanciamento entre as pessoas está sendo respeitado; existe álcool gel disponível; os banheiros são amplos e bem cuidados e o atendimento foi rápido nas duas oportunidades. Espero que continuem evoluindo!
I was there twice during the pandemic. The place is well organized; the distance between people is being respected; there is alcohol gel available; the bathrooms are large and well maintained and service was quick on both occasions. I hope they continue to evolve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel nao cumpre prazos enquanto outros laboratório entregam exames toxicológicos em 7 ou 10 dias o gemma galgani entrega em 22 dias um descaso e no ato da coleta nao falam nada horrivel horrivel nao indico para niguem se o exame for mais complexo o paciente morre e nao recebe o resultado horrível melhor procurar outro laboratório que leva o prazo a serio
Horrible does not meet deadlines while other laboratories deliver toxicological tests in 7 or 10 days Gemma Galgani delivers in 22 days a neglect and in the act of collection they don't say anything horrible I don't recommend it to anyone if the exam is more complex the patient dies and does not receive the horrible result better to look for another laboratory that takes the deadline seriously
