O mau humor do atendente então...E nem aceitaram a minha requisição médica, que estava no mesmo modelo das que eu tenho utilizado toda as semanas para acompanhamento, inclusive no próprio Inlab (mas na unidade do Renascença). Enfim, me dirigi ao Laboratório Gaspar, em 10 minutos eu já tinha sido atendido e coletado meu sangue.
Service extremely slow and unprepared. The attendant's bad mood then ... And they didn't even accept my medical request, which was on the same model as the ones I have used every week for follow-up, including in Inlab itself (but in the Renascença unit). Anyway, I went to the Gaspar Laboratory, in 10 minutes I had already been seen and collected my blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!! Tanto no telefone, pior ainda nesse wathsapp. Atendimento desprezível! Não dão valor nenhum ao cliente, não se preocupam em prestar um atendimento de qualidade. Estou com vocês desde ontem falando tentando ver um orçamento,e nenhum retorno. Hoje pra realizar um agendado desde as 16:0O horas , chegou nas 18:00 horas e nada concluso, vamos investir em atendimento de profissionais capacitados, porque esse atendimento aqui não me passou confiança nenhuma.
Terrible service!! Both on the phone, even worse on that wathsapp. Despicable service! They don't give any value to the customer, they don't care about providing quality service. I've been with you since yesterday talking trying to see a budget, and no return. Today, to carry out a scheduled appointment from 4:00 pm, it arrived at 6:00 pm and nothing was concluded, we are going to invest in the service of trained professionals, because this service here did not give me any confidence.
