★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCR COVID - CLIENTE AMIL
- Fui fazer PCR do COVID. Cheguei por volta das 8h30 e fui indo pela porta principal pra pedir informação. A moça que estava lá logo me informou pra subir para a outra entrada e aguardar.
- A fila estava grande, com uma pessoa já na calçada. Veio uma moça lá de dentro já pra fazer a minha ficha e a de mais 2 pessoas que ainda estavam aguardando (IMPORTANTE: Levar RG, pedido médico com CID, carteirinha do convênio física ou app, e ter certeza que recebeu a autorização do convênio)
Perguntei pra moça sobre o tempo de espera e ela me informou que estava em média 2h30. O moço da frente estava sem documentos e perguntou se tinha um horário mais vazio, ela informou que não e que se ele voltasse outro horário era possível não estar fazendo mais, pois teste de COVID eram apenas 100 senhas! (Eu, que cheguei às 8h30, já era a senha 38)
- A fila foi andando normalmente, não vi diferenciação ali entre quem é particular ou convênio, pois estavam entrando na ordem de chegada. Quando eu entrei, entendi o motivo da fila: Só cabem 6 pacientes na sala, seguindo o protocolos orientados pelos órgãos de saúde.
- Todos os funcionários me atenderam muito bem, tanto a moça que fez minha ficha quanto a que fez o exame! E tiraram todas minhas dúvidas!
- Saí de lá por volta das 9h40. Talvez eu tenha pego um dia e horário bom, então é bom já ir contando com a possibilidade de ficar até 3h lá... felizmente tive uma ótima experiência!
Estava bem receosa de ir e só me estressar por conta das outras avaliações aqui no Google que são bem negativas. Por isso decidi deixar aqui meu relato também! :) Se eu precisar novamente, com certeza vou priorizar o Hermes Pardini como escolha de lab.
 PCR COVID - AMIL CLIENT
- I went for PCR of COVID. I arrived around 8:30 am and went through the main door to ask for information. The girl who was there soon informed me to go up to the other entrance and wait.
- The queue was long, with one person already on the sidewalk. A girl came from inside to make my file and that of 2 more people who were still waiting (IMPORTANT: Bring your ID, medical request with CID, physical insurance card or app, and make sure you received the authorization from the insurance)
I asked the girl about the waiting time and she informed me that it was on average 2h30. The guy in front was without documents and asked if he had an empty schedule, she informed that no and that if he came back another time it was possible he wouldn't be doing it anymore, because the COVID test was only 100 passwords! (I, who arrived at 8:30 am, was already password 38)
- The queue was moving normally, I didn't see any difference there between who is private or who is a contract, because they were entering in the order of arrival. When I entered, I understood the reason for the queue: There are only 6 patients in the room, following the protocols guided by the health agencies.
- All the employees took care of me very well, both the girl who took my file and the one who took the exam! And they cleared all my doubts!
- I left there around 9:40. Maybe I got a good day and time, so it's good to go with the possibility of staying up to 3 hours there... luckily I had a great experience!
I was very afraid to go and just get stressed because of the other reviews here on Google that are very negative. That's why I decided to leave my story here too! :) If I ever need it again, I will definitely prioritize Hermes Pardini as my lab choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima experiência nesta visita. Atendimento foi super rápido e com muita cordialidade. Ambiente muito limpo, organizado e zelado. Demorou um pouco a coleta, mas no demais, tudo muito bom. Bem localizado e com fácil acesso. Estacionamento complicado devido a localização.
Great experience on this visit. Service was super fast and very cordial. Very clean, organized and maintained environment. It took a while to collect, but in the rest, everything was very good. Well located and easily accessible. Complicated parking due to location.
