Sem nenhum comprometimento dizem q abre as 7 hrs mas na realidade so abre as 8hrs.
São mau humorados!

Nunca mais farei nenhum procedimento neste local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório é muito humilde, simples de tudo! Os resultados de exames atrasam, e eles colocam no no site que funcionam até as 18:00 sendo que na verdade descobri aqui que funcionam até as 16:00! Isso é falta de respeito com o cliente!
Eu sinceramente não recomendo, não tem problema de ser um lugar simples, o problema é a falta de respeito e consideração pelos clientes!
The laboratory is very humble, simple everything! The test results are delayed, and they put on the website that they work until 6:00 pm and I actually found out here that they work until 4:00 pm! That's a lack of respect for the customer!
I honestly don't recommend it, it's okay to be a simple place, the problem is the lack of respect and consideration for customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório abre as 7h, sai de lá quase 8h e as recepcionistas não tinham chegado, a enfermeira não podia fazer nada, pessoas chegando com diversas reclamacoes, alem do local de difícil acesso, sem acessibilidade, escadas grandes, péssimo, cheguei atrasado no trabalho e nao consegui fazer os exames. recomendo procurar outra rede de exames.
The laboratory opens at 7 am, it leaves almost 8 am and the receptionists had not arrived, the nurse could not do anything, people arriving with various complaints, in addition to the place of difficult access, without accessibility, big stairs, terrible, I arrived late at work and I couldn't do the exams. I recommend looking for another network of exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não tenho do que reclamar, mas para receber os resultados é uma guerra, duas vezes que eu faço exames nesse laboratório e não fica pronto dentro do prazo, da primeira vez tinha consulta marcada para apresentar o resultado e não consegui por que foi a semana inteira sem sistema, cheguei na consulta sem o resultado, agora novamente o resultado que deveria estar pronto ontem 18/5 não está, tenho consulta 24/5 e são exames importantíssimo para cirurgia da minha filha, já estou ficando com dúvidas também com a credibilidade do resultado.
Nunca mais faço exames com esse laboratório.
The service I have nothing to complain about, but to receive the results it is a war, twice that I do exams in this laboratory and it is not ready on time, the first time I had an appointment to present the result and I was not able to because it was the whole week without system, I arrived at the consultation without the result, now again the result that should be ready yesterday 18/5 is not, I have an appointment 24/5 and they are very important exams for my daughter's surgery, I am also having doubts with the credibility of the result.
I never do tests with this lab again.
