★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes era muito bom , mas , agora vc liga para saber alguma informação eles não atendem , isso as 10 hrs da manhã e sem contar que as atendente o bom dia quase não sai da boca ,deve ser pq o emprego já está garantido, não precisam mais agradar ninguém .
It used to be very good, but now you call to get some information they don't answer, that at 10 am and not to mention that the attendants almost never come out of their mouths, it must be because the job is already guaranteed, they don't need to please no one anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de espera não é grande, os exames têm sua confiabilidade assegurada, alguns exames são passíveis de receber no mesmo dia. Quando acontece de precisar ir pra fora, eles informam a possível data de chegada e entregam um protocolo pra quando vc for receber ou mandar alguém. Na recepção os acentos são confortáveis, algumas atendentes são bem cordiais outras nem tanto. É climatizado, tem água mineral e tem TV tbm.
The waiting time is not long, the tests have their reliability assured, some tests are liable to receive on the same day. When you need to go abroad, they inform the possible arrival date and deliver a protocol for when you are going to receive or send someone. At the reception, the accents are comfortable, some attendants are very friendly, others not so much. It is air conditioned, has mineral water and also has TV.
