★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apresentei minha CNH digital a uma atendente, e ela me informou que só vale para trânsito. O Conselho Nacional de Trânsito – CONTRAN, em sua 159ª Reunião Ordinária, realizada no dia 25 de julho de 2017, no uso da atribuição que lhe confere o art. 12, inciso I, do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro – CTB, editou a Resolução nº 684/2017 criando a Carteira Nacional de Habilitação Eletrônica (CNH-e), possibilitando a portabilidade deste documento pelos condutores através de seus smartphones, E QUE TEM O MESMO VALOR JURÍDICO DA HABILITAÇÃO IMPRESSA.
Queria saber se eu tô muito atualizado ou laboratório não está atualizando os seus funcionários???
I presented my digital CNH to an attendant, and she informed me that it is only for transit. The National Traffic Council - CONTRAN, at its 159th Ordinary Meeting, held on July 25, 2017, using the powers conferred on it by art. 12, item I, of the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB, edited Resolution No. 684/2017 creating the National Electronic Driver's License (CNH-e), allowing drivers to port this document through their smartphones, AND THAT'S THE SAME LEGAL VALUE OF PRINTED QUALIFICATION.
I was wondering if I'm very up to date or the laboratory is not updating its employees ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieram fazer uma coleta de sangue do meu pai de extrema urgencia na nossa residência e quando pedi a senha ao funcionario para retirar o resultado no site, apenas me deram um folheto com instruções mas não tinha a senha e nem onde conseguir, tentei falar pelo telefone mas tambem sem sucesso e por fim o resultado que seria necessario para o mesmo dia não consegui, só fiquei com o prejuizo.
They came to do a blood collection from my father, which was extremely urgent at our residence and when I asked the employee for the password to get the result from the site, they just gave me a leaflet with instructions but I didn't have the password and no where to get it, I tried to speak on the phone but also without success and finally the result that would be necessary for the same day I couldn't, I only got the loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava perto do local pois estava esperando yber chegar e estava com a minha vó de 93 anos que quase não consegue ficar muito tempo em pé perguntei se ela poderia sentar no banco lá dentro só enquanto o uber chegava, eles simplesmente falaram que não por causa do covid, ele ficou quase 10 min esperando em pé. Fora o atendimento e péssimo.
I was close to the place because I was waiting for yber to arrive and I was with my 93-year-old grandmother who can hardly stand for long, I asked if she could sit on the bench inside just while the uber arrived, they simply said no because of the covid, he was almost 10 min waiting on his feet. Apart from the service it's bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionárias mal treinadas . Cheguei as 9:30 para fazer inúmeros exames e um deles só podia colher até as 10. Ao invés de agilizarem o atendimento até a moça me chamar para lançar tudo no sistema ultrapassou o horário das 10 não sendo possível colher um exame específico. Ou seja, terei que voltar para realizar apenas 1 exame por incompetência, falta de senso e noção. Porque não falou na entrada que não daria tempo? Porque fala que o exame pode ser colhido até as 10 e não calcula a demora ?
Poorly trained employees. I arrived at 9:30 to do numerous exams and one of them could only collect until 10 am. Instead of speeding up the service, until the girl called me to enter everything in the system, it went beyond 10, not being possible to collect a specific exam. That is, I will have to go back to take only 1 exam due to incompetence, lack of sense and notion. Why didn't you say at the entrance that you wouldn't have time? Why does it say that the exam can be taken until 10 and doesn't calculate the delay?
