Fui nessa loja ( rua dos caetes) trocar um brinquedo para minha filha e fui agredida verbalmente pelo gerente, me tratou super mal e aos berros. Nunca mais na minha vida vou ao um lugar desses, pois a impressão que tive é que eles estão me fazendo favor. Cara louco de pedra, mal educado ao extremo. Péssimo!!!
Bad service from the employees and especially the manager, who for me is completely unprepared and decompensated. I went to this store (Rua dos Caetes) to exchange a toy for my daughter and I was verbally assaulted by the manager, she treated me very badly and screaming. Never again in my life do I go to such a place, because the impression I got is that they are doing me a favor. Crazy stone guy, badly polite to the extreme. Terrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fiz a compra de um brinquedo e pra dar de presente e na entrega vi que o mesmo estava quebrado, fui trocar e não fizeram a troca alegando que o mesmo foi quebrado fora da loja.
Porem o produto ainda estava fechado, e lembrando que pela lei do consumidor o brinquedo deve ser trocado.
Já fizemos a abertura no PROCON.
Horrible service, I bought a toy and to give as a gift and on delivery I saw that it was broken, I changed it and they didn't make the exchange claiming that it was broken outside the store.
However, the product was still closed, and remembering that by the law of the consumer the toy must be exchanged.
We have already opened at PROCON.
