★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista irônica, mal educada, ignorante , tratando mal o povo que vai pelo sus. Pagamos o SUS, plano que sai caríssimo por sinal. Não fazem a menor questão de ver o papel de entrega de exames e dizem que não estão prontos. Como, se nem pegaram o papel pra ver data? Da próxima vez, irei denunciar.
Ironic receptionist, poorly educated, ignorant, treating people badly. We pay SUS, a plan that is very expensive by the way. They don't care to look at the exam delivery paper and say they're not ready. How, if they didn't even pick up the paper to see the date? Next time, I will report it.
