O lugar é bem simples, o inventário nao é dos mais vastos mas é OK. Reforço a atenção e humildade dos atendentes e o preço justo. Tenho verdadeira satisfação de ser cliente e recomendo a todo mundo. Ótica em São Paulo não tem nenhuma igual a essa. Estão de parabéns.
 You won't find many places like this in São Paulo: much more than honest prices, attentive and very helpful attendants. The place is very simple, the inventory is not the largest but it is OK. I reinforce the attention and humility of the attendants and the fair price. I am truly pleased to be a customer and recommend it to everyone. Optics in São Paulo has none like this. They are to be congratulated.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am extremely satisfied with Ótica! So much for the service, product, service and fair price. They treat each customer in a personalized way, seeking to meet the customer's needs in the best way possible, offering the condition that suits each situation.
Simple place, but that beats any renowned and chic optics in SP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que eu conheci esse laboratório/ óptica, nunca mais faço pedido de óculos em shopping. No shopping eles cobram os olhos da cara, nesse laboratório os preços são mais coerentes e o serviço é excelente. A parte de reparo também é o melhor que eu já conheci, pois tem vários reparos em que precisei fazer e só nessa óptica é que conseguiram fazer. Só acho que deveriam cobrar um valor mínimo de uns 5 ou 10 reais por qualquer reparo, por menor que seja, pois às vezes a clientela costuma abusar, eu que o diga. Rs.... Mas também sempre que vou trocar de óculos, armação ou lentes já vou direto nesse lugar.
Obs. Quando eu disse do valor mínimo, é que eles costumam fazer alguns reparos gratuitamente, mas somente para quem já é cliente que comprou os óculos com eles. Agora entendi o porquê do nome.
After I got to know this laboratory/optics, I never order glasses at the mall again. At the mall they charge hard, in this laboratory the prices are more consistent and the service is excellent. The repair part is also the best I've ever seen, as there are several repairs that I needed to do and only from this point of view were they able to do it. I just think they should charge a minimum amount of 5 or 10 reais for any repair, no matter how small, because sometimes the clientele tends to abuse it, let me say it. Lol... But also whenever I change glasses, frames or lenses, I go straight to this place.
Obs. When I said the minimum value, it is that they usually do some repairs for free, but only for those who are already a customer who bought the glasses with them. Now I understand the reason for the name.

Eu uso óculos desde criança, e sempre fiz meus óculos em óticas de shoppings, com altos preços e prazos longos. Segui a recomendação de amigos para ir nesta ótica, e quando vi que o preço era um terço do que eu normalmente gastava, e ficaria pronto no dia seguinte (e olha que eu tenho astigmatismo, não são lentes simples de se fazer), quase caí para trás. No dia seguinte, busquei o óculos, e confirmei a qualidade excelente das lentes. Nunca mais irei em outra ótica!

I wear glasses since I was a child, and I have always made my glasses at mall opticians, with high prices and long lead times. I followed the recommendation of friends to go with this perspective, and when I saw that the price was a third of what I would normally spend, and it would be ready the next day (and look, I have astigmatism, they are not simple lenses to make), I almost fell. back. The next day, I picked up the glasses, and confirmed the excellent quality of the lenses. I will never go in another view!

Fui hoje para aviar uma receita de óculos e a honestidade e sinceridade de quem me atendeu me deixou muito feliz.....depois de verificar os óculos que já uso, ele achou desnecessário fazer um novo porque tanto a armação com as lentes ainda estavam boas para o uso, exceto eu fizesse muita questão de um novo óculos, seria um gasto desnecessário, ainda foi super atencioso e ajustou as hastes do meus óculos. Super recomendo esta empresa, pela honestidade e atendimento. Parabéns, parabéns, parabéns!!!!
