★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado. A empresa ama uma burocracia, não facilita em nada. Uma moça teria que fazer um exame e foi obrigada a chamar um táxi pq o exame só poderia fazer dentro do carro sendo que a menina já estava dentro do laboratório.
Very long service. The company loves bureaucracy, it doesn't make it any easier. A girl would have to take an exam and was forced to call a taxi because the exam could only be done inside the car as the girl was already inside the laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre muito cheio, sala de coleta de sangue muito estreita e as pessoas que trabalham na área precisam ficar em fila indiana para os pacientes passarem, surreal. Banheiro super velho e sempre sem papel. Muitas pessoas e muitos funcionários em um local super insuficiente para seus clientes. Acredito que devem considerar em expandir e dar um Nelson acolhimento e mais seguro em tempo de covid. Nesse sentido, a sala de espera não respeita a distância e é super pequena e poltronas super desconfortáveis. Bom vejam exemplo de outros laboratórios em outros estados, que inclusive dão cafes sucos e paes de queijo pra os clientes após a coleta. Estou desapontada com a falta de acolhimento de vocês

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 7h e só fui chamada no guiche as 8:05, assim msm o sistema estava fora e não consegui sequer ser atendida. Estava com mais de 12h de jejum. Nenhum funcionário deu satisfação do que estava acontecendo.
Fui embora sem realizar o exame, pois tinha que trabalhar e já estava atrasada. Descaso total com as pessoas. Espero não ter mais que utilizar os serviços desse laboratório.
I arrived at 7 am and was only called at the window at 8:05, so the system was out and I couldn't even be answered. I had more than 12 hours of fasting. No employee gave satisfaction of what was happening.
I left without taking the exam, because I had to work and I was already late. Total disregard for people. I hope I no longer have to use the services of this laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha enteada fez o exame para influenzaA e B no dia 14.12.2021 e o resultado do influenza B só saiu hoje epois de termos ligado incansavelmente no dia 27.12 e após conversa com a responsável D Jéssica, quando atendidos nos foi dito que sairia em até 24h. Por falta do resultado procuramos outro atendimento. Pedi o cancelamento pois já não importa mais o resultado que já temos, 13 dias depois apos conversa foi liberado o resultado com a promessa do outro sair ate o dia 05 de Janeiro, aguardar 22 dias para se obter o resultado de um exame é cruel.
Deixo aqui a minha indignação e falta de respeito para com os seus clientes.
My stepdaughter was tested for influenzaA and B on 12.14.2021 and the influenza B result only came out today after we had called tirelessly on 12.27. . Due to lack of results, we looked for another service. I asked for the cancellation because the result that we already have no longer matters, 13 days later after the conversation, the result was released with the promise of the other to leave by January 5th, waiting 22 days to get the result of an exam is cruel.
Here I leave my indignation and lack of respect for their customers.
